Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare mass vaccination site now accepts walk-in visits

Another mass COVID-19 vaccination site in Windsor is accepting walk-in visits.

The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit, in partnership with Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare, has expanded its clinic at the Dr. Y Emara Center for Healthy Aging and Mobility to accommodate walk-ins.

The clinic, located at 1453 Prince Road in the City of Windsor, is open from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; and from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Friday. This mass vaccination site provides the first, second and third doses through walk-ins and by appointment.

“We are very happy that more than 1,200 citizens have been able to visit our vaccination clinic to date. Vaccines continue to be our best line of defense in keeping our community safe and healthy in regards to our ongoing COVID and Omicron efforts,” said Bill Marra, President and CEO of HDGH.

COVID-19 vaccines are available at participating local pharmacies, Devonshire Mall Mass Vaccination Site, Nature Fresh Farms Leisure Centre, Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare, through healthcare providers participants and at community pop-up vaccination clinics.

The Devonshire Mall Vaccination Center is also accepting walk-in visits for first and second doses, and third/booster doses subject to daily capacity.
