Park Royal Hotel staff expect to double the number of weddings this year after couples were forced to cancel or postpone their nuptials last year.

Since the announcement of the easing of restrictions, Q Hotels has received an influx of calls from guests wanting to make reservations – far higher than expected and above normal call volumes for this time of year.

Employees of the Q Hotels group have been planning to reopen for more than six months, so they are not phased by the scale of the task.
Some of the group’s hotels have been opened for essential stays for key workers throughout the pandemic, but the task of staff remains difficult.
