There was a great turnout for ‘Raise a Glass’ with the local community in the wonderfully appointed Central Bar with everyone in great spirits to enjoy an evening celebrating Central’s recent upgrades.

Executive Chef Joko Sediati and his incredible culinary team showcased a spectacular range of canapes to match the Thai Fusion menus at Chapmans Restaurant and the theme of Blazers Restaurant, which are fast becoming the North West’s go-to restaurants.

Team Central was showcasing some of their signature cocktails and wines and musical entertainment with local talent band, ‘Heartstrings’, in the early evening, followed by sultry tones from Andrew Monk which really complimented the newly refurbished Central Bar.

Musical entertainment is offered every evening at the Central Bar throughout the summer season.

Every Tuesday is themed ‘Traditional Tuesdays’, with the renowned ‘Slipjig’ playing the best of traditional Irish classics. Every Sunday, “Jazz Sundays”, Easy Listening Jazz performance by Claire and Rodney Deery from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
