Yotel to open a 237-room hotel in Geneva, Switzerland

Yotel will open its first hotel in Switzerland later this year.
Set in the Lake Geneva region, the 237-room Yotel Geneva Lake, scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2022, will offer the group’s signature technology and design features.
Check-in will be available through self-service kiosks or the Yotel app, and mobile devices can be used as SmartKeys for seamless travel.
Each room will accommodate Yotel’s adjustable SmartBed, sensory mood lighting and smart TVs that guests can connect to their mobile devices.
The 237-room Yotel Lac Léman and HYGGE
The hotel is owned by Conamo SA and the asset is managed by Stoneweg SA, while the architects for the projects are ris+partners, and Creneau International has been selected as the interior designer for the hotel’s public areas.

At the heart of the Yotel Geneva Lake will be HYGGE, an entertainment, meeting and co-working destination developed by one of the leading food and beverage operators in the Lake Geneva region, Caviar House Airport Premium – Switzerland.
Covering over 2,000 m² (21,500 sq ft), HYGGE will feature a 24/7 Danish-inspired indoor and outdoor restaurant, bar and cafe, state-of-the-art meeting facilities and an extensive coworking space.
Featuring contemporary Nordic architecture, the space is designed to constantly evolve to accommodate everything from intimate dinner parties to large events, including sports showcases, weddings and product launches.
Other facilities on the property will include a 10,700 square foot (1,000 m²) fitness center that will also offer memberships to area residents and workers.
